great show!

I listened to the episode on work life balance with Carol Enneking. I appreciated the emphasis on how we can't show up to everything 100% of the time, so we have to be clear on our goals and desired legacy. I appreciate how the host is encouraging dads to find balance in being present for their kids while pursuing their work goals.
