Hey, I’m Tony Berardo — dad, creator, podcaster, and entrepreneur… in that order.

Today, I run multiple businesses, create content across platforms, and host the podcast Humanity & Hashtags — a show where real people share real stories that remind us what we all have in common.

I call myself a Dadpreneur because being a dad isn’t just part of my brand — it’s the engine behind everything I do. Fatherhood gave me purpose, perspective, and a level of patience I didn’t know humans were capable of. It also gave me a reason to build things: businesses, community, and content that actually matters.

Between running my apparel brand Human Dad, consulting for companies on content and marketing, producing weekly podcast episodes, and creating social videos that lift up dads and families, my mission is simple:

Help people grow — as parents, creators, and humans.
