What a great podcast for dads. Michael is a wonderful host. I listened to a few episodes so far and I'm really enjoying it!

i liked how practical this episode was, especially the focus on making real progress in just ten minutes a day. it felt realistic for people juggling work and family, not some huge overhaul that burns you out. i walked away with a couple simple ideas i can actually use, which is rare and appreciated.

I loved the episode with Jon Merlin on building creative work without sacrificing creative time. It’s honest, practical, and cuts through the hustle-culture noise.As someone who works with students and early-career professionals, I see this struggle constantly and this conversation tackles it head-on. Gap to Gig provides a diverse set of topics for dads who are looking to navigate careers, family, and life. I have enjoyed listening to this podcast. I wish some of the episodes were shorter, but that’s a personal preference. Keep up the great work.

I love the concept of this podcast and how it helps dads be great at work and at home! I feel like there aren't many things aimed at helping dads excel in both worlds. Such important and helpful conversations!

I'm not a dad, but I listened to this show because I wanted to see what messages dads are sharing with other dads. I loved that the host really focuses on is balance in every day life- self, relationships, family, work - all the things that have been "appropriate" messages for moms, but you don't hear that a lot for dads. Its an important message for all people to hear, but especially parents!
